The Rules:

Dealt similar to normal blackjack in the US, dealer hits soft 17 and checks for blackjacks before play continues.

The main differences are :-

  (a) Played with six 48-card decks where all the 10s (not the pictures) have been removed.
  (b) Player's blackjack always wins and pays 3 to 2.
  (c) If dealer does not have a blackjack, player's 21 always wins.
  (d) Certain hands qualify for a bonus payout.   Note : bonuses are not paid on any doubled hands.
  (e) Player may split cards of equal value (up to 4 hands). Further cards can be taken after splitting Aces.
  (f) Player may double down on any total, two or more cards, including after splitting.
  (g) After doubling and not busting, player may surrender by rescuing doubled bet and forfeiting original wager.
  (h) Unless dealer has blackjack, player may surrender half original wager rather than playing on ("Late Surrender").

The above rules mean that you should go for "21" more often than at standard blackjack. Some plays depend on how many cards are in your hand.
